In the course of sourcing, list building and CV formatting, we handle candidate profiles, business and personal contact details, and documents supplied by or sourced for our clients. This data is used solely to deliver the requested service.

Verification standard

Every email address and contact record we deliver is checked against a verification process before it reaches you. Lists are not passed on until they meet our accuracy standard.

Confidentiality

Client briefs, candidate information and delivered lists are treated as confidential. Data is shared only with the client who commissioned the work and is not resold or reused for other engagements.

Data retention

• Working files are retained only for the duration needed to complete and support an engagement.
• Clients may request deletion of delivered data and records at any time.
• Sourced data is not retained for marketing or resale purposes.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for how sourced candidates and contact lists are used once delivered, including compliance with the data protection and outreach regulations applicable in their own operating region.
